We aim to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and measurements are accurate. However, images are illustrative only and may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Fabrics and Colours

Free fabric samples are available for many products and are strongly recommended if you are unsure.

If you choose not to request samples, you accept that colours and textures may differ from online images once viewed in your home.
Errors and Corrections
If we identify a significant error in pricing or product information after you have placed an order, we will contact you promptly. You may either proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order for a full refund.
Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us.
A binding contract is created once we issue an order confirmation by email.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and refund any payments made for the unavailable Product.
Pricing, Payment and Promotions
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must only use payment methods that you are authorised to use.
Promotional and Discount Codes

Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.

Promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
Deposits
Some orders may require a deposit, which forms part of the total purchase price if you decide to pay cash on delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable.
For bespoke orders, the same terms apply.
Order Amendments
If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where changes are possible, we will confirm any revised pricing or delivery times. Once production has started or items are allocated for dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
Governing Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Service team first so we can try to resolve it fairly and efficiently.
