Delivery Services

  • Standard delivery is made to the main entrance of your property.

  • If Assembly is purchased, Products will be delivered to your chosen room and assembled, subject to safe access.

Access Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery and assembly, including stairways, hallways and doorways.

  • Measuring access points before ordering is strongly advised.

  • If delivery or assembly cannot be completed due to access issues, a re-delivery or re-booking fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be confirmed before rebooking.

Failed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive delivery, or access is not possible, delivery may be deemed unsuccessful.

  • We may charge reasonable costs for re-delivery or storage depending on expenses incurred.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, traffic incidents, or courier disruptions.

Risk and Ownership

  • Responsibility for the Products transfers to you once delivery is completed.

  • Legal ownership passes to you once full payment has been received.
