Removal of old furniture

You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access. We strongly recommend measuring stairways, hallways, and doorways before ordering.
If delivery or assembly cannot be completed due to access issues, a re-delivery or re-booking fee may apply.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, or access is not possible, the delivery may be classed as unsuccessful.
Re-delivery or storage charges may apply depending on costs incurred.
Responsibility transfers once delivery is completed.
Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
Yes. You have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day after you receive your product, unless the item is bespoke or personalised.

For non-faulty items, return costs are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return (whichever is earlier).

Yes. Bed frames include a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.
The warranty excludes:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or accidental damage
Failure to follow care instructions
Incorrect assembly or unauthorised alterations
