Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the Products, unless an exception applies to bespoke items.
How to Cancel

Returning Cancelled Orders

Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Return costs for non-faulty items are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

You remain responsible for the Products until they are received by us. Tracked and insured returns are recommended.
Condition of Returned Items

You may unpack and inspect Products as you would in a retail store.

Excessive handling may result in a reduced refund.

Returns may be refused if Products show signs of use beyond inspection or cannot reasonably be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.
Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges will be refunded when a full order is cancelled.

Additional services (premium delivery or upgrades) are non-refundable unless Products are faulty or misdescribed.
Incorrect Size Ordered
If an incorrect size is ordered, cancellation rights apply only within the 14-day cancellation period. Return costs remain your responsibility unless collection is arranged for an agreed fee.
Bespoke Items
Cancellation rights do not apply to bespoke or personalised Products.
If a bespoke order is cancelled, we may retain a reasonable amount to cover costs already incurred. A breakdown will be provided upon request.
