Bed frames include a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms outlined below.

The warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or accidental damage

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Incorrect assembly or unauthorised alterations

Warranty claims should be submitted via our Warranty page or through Customer Service.

If there is a conflict between our Terms & Conditions and this Warranty Policy, this Warranty Policy will take priority for warranty matters.
